Mike Rebone
As a provider of healthcare services for geriatrics, we have come to understand that our community is only as good as our staff. While education and experience is vital, the personal traits of our staff truly contribute to resident satisfaction and the success of our organization. Our compassionate staff is personally committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for everyday.
Chef Mike Rebone is no exception; while providing nutritious meals (as well as delicious) in a family style atmosphere has been a top priority for Chef Mike for over six years, he will go to any lengths to ensure that our residents needs and desires are met. Residents enjoy the opportunity to choose a breakfast that’s cooked to order and the flexibility of being able to come to the dining room between the hours of 6:30 am and 9:00 am. Lunch is served at noon and a light dinner at 5:00 pm. Snacks and drinks are offered and always available upon request throughout the day and evening. To better accommodate individual dietary needs, we have an open kitchen in which the cooks have one on one communication with the residents to better serve them. To encourage family participation, families and visitors can join us for meals at no additional charge, including holidays.
Margaret Clark
It’s difficult to highlight just one of our caregivers as they all make their own unique individual contributions to our team. Caregivers are all certified in CPR and First Aid, medication administration, fire prevention and safety, blood borne pathogens and resident rights. Staff turnover is minimal in comparison to the statistics within the industry. We understand that consistency is important to those we serve so we strive to hire the right individuals to join our team. Featured is Margaret Clark, a caregiver that has been with a French Manor for 7 years. She exemplifies all the qualities of an ideal employee. She always reports to work with a smile on her face and eager to lend a helping hand or ear when needed.
The administrator for French Manor, Kelly Cassady, has been with the French Manor organization since April of 1998. During this time she has gained a wealth of experience and education that textbooks simply cannot prepare you for. "The people I have had the opportunity to meet and the relationships I have developed have had a positive impact on my life. Caring for seniors has truly been a rewarding experience; we have an extended family."
